Upload Your Ad Artwork & Profile Information

Thank you for securing your advertising in the Annual Conference & Expo Program Book. Please follow the steps below to submit any new advertisements or Profile materials for upcoming publications.

              1.  Please review the layout specifications below the upload button.

              2a.  Final Ad files must be in one of the following high resolution file formats: Adobe PDF (CMYK) or JPEG/PNG (300 dpi).

              2b.  For Profiles, please submit a Word Document and name your file with the year, Expo, your company name, and Profile.

              3.  Please name your file with the year, Expo, your company name, and your ad size or Profile. Year_Expo_CompanyName_AdSize or Year_Expo_CompanyName_Profile

                     Example 1: a Half Page ad will be:         2025_Expo_CAI_HP

                     Example 2: a Quarter Page ad will be:   2025_Expo_CAI_QP                                      

                     Example 3: a Profile submission will be: 2025_Expo_CAI_Profile

              4.  Upload your files to our Dropbox folder using the button below.
