Fundamentals of Financial Management

Part 2 introduces the fundamentals of association financial management, including guidelines for protecting your association’s assets, preparing a budget, planning for the future and collecting assessments.

Communications, Meetings, Volunteers & Professional Advisors

Live presentation: Wednesday, 2/18/26 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm ET                          REGISTER 

  • Part 3 will show you how to maximize volunteer involvement in your community, improve board communications, conduct effective meetings and build community spirit.  And because putting together the right team to support your association can be challenging, Part 3 will also provide practical tips on finding, evaluating and hiring qualified professional advisors and service providers.
