Association Insurance

Industry Trends and Best Practices

An update on the current insurance marketplace including pricing and availability will provide an understanding of association insurance and coverage trends.  The most common questions about HO-6 policy vs. the Master policy; "All In" endorsement; and "Blanket" insurance will be addressed, and strategies to increase the Master policy deductible will be reviewed.  In addition, understand why every association should have Umbrella and Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance.
