What to do with a Recalcitrant Board Member or Unit Owner

• What options does a board have when one of its board members or a unit owner simply refuses to conform to any reasonable standard of behavior in a community association. 

   

  Board response should be divorced from emotion, business like and consistent.  In addition, the response should commence with the least aggressive response and progress to more coercive conduct only when neighborly cajoling fails to accomplish the goal.
