Condominium governing documents are not intended to remain static.  As communities evolve, boards often need to amend master deeds/declarations; bylaws/declarations of trust; and rules and regulations to address changing legal requirements, operational needs, and owner expectations.  Yet many boards are uncertain about when amendments are appropriate, what authority they possess, and the legal procedures required to successfully adopt changes.
