Insurance premiums for community associations continue to rise, leaving many boards and managers wondering why costs have increased and what they can do to improve their insurability.  While market conditions play a role, underwriters evaluate a wide range of factors before determining coverage options and premium pricing - many of which associations can influence.

This webinar offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the insurance underwriting process through the perspective of both an experienced insurance broker who has earned the Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) credential from Community Associations Institute (CAI), and a community association underwriter.  Participants will gain valuable insight into how insurers assess risk, respond to industry trends, and make coverage decisions, helping association leaders become more informed insurance consumers and stronger advocates for their communities.
