MA - Party On
Those of you who have met me know that I am a huge proponent of CAI and the New England Chapter, as well as membership in the Institute. For me, this is the most exciting month to be involved with the chapter because this is the month that I get to go to the annual chapter trade show, being held this year on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.
I am so excited that people have told me they think I act as if I am going to my own birthday party. I do truly love the experience every year. At the show, you can engage in many different activities, and you can choose the ones that you think are the most important for you, your community, or your business. For me it is an opportunity to see a lot of clients in person, which is a refreshing change from communicating via email. I also get to see community association managers, insurance agents, accountants, and other people in the condominium community whom I deal with frequently. I always tell our board member clients what a great opportunity you have to engage with the different service providers and professionals you need to know.
